About FieldWise
FieldWise was not built in a lab. It was built from years of direct work inside organizations, uncovering the intelligence that was trapped and the cost of leaving it there.
The Founder's Story
For years, I worked directly inside organizations as a consultant, using interviews, ethnographic methods, and direct system sensing to uncover the intelligence that was trapped in people's lived experience. I would go into a company, spend time with the people doing the work, and surface things that leadership had not been able to see.
What I found, consistently, was that the intelligence was already there. The nurses knew the protocol was not working. The truck drivers knew the supply chain was fragile. The frontline managers knew the transformation was failing. The problem was never the absence of intelligence. It was the absence of a system to capture and surface it.
I built technology to do this work in my own practice, and it worked. The question I am now testing is whether software can package and extend that judgment in a way that executives trust and use, without needing a consultant in the middle.
That is what FieldWise is. A proven method, now made scalable.

What We Believe
Every organization is constantly trying to make sense of its environment. The quality of that sense-making determines the quality of its decisions. FieldWise is a tool for improving organizational sense-making at scale.
The people closest to the work, the customers, and the environment carry the richest intelligence in the organization. They notice things before any system does. The question is whether that intelligence can reach the people who need it.
Human intelligence systems only work when people trust them. FieldWise is designed from the ground up to earn and maintain the trust of the people whose intelligence it captures. Without that trust, the intelligence degrades.
In a high-volatility environment, the organizations that adapt fastest win. The gap between sensing and decision-making is where competitive advantage is won or lost. FieldWise is built to close that gap.
What We Are Testing Now
The method has been proven. The technology has been built and validated. The question we are now testing is whether software can package and extend the judgment of the organization in a way that executives trust and use, without needing a consultant in the middle.
We are currently accepting a small number of pilot partners who want to be part of answering that question and who will benefit directly from the intelligence FieldWise surfaces in their organizations.
"The future belongs to organizations that can sense and mobilize human intelligence as effectively as they deploy artificial intelligence."
